Happy Monday!
I hope your week is going well! It's been a crazy week for us over at Glean as we roll out a new digital invoice system for Cambodian SMEs. This week I've featured a great report about digital transformation from Microsoft and The Economist. There is also a new funding activity from MIT Solve for those of you working on the digital workforce.
I hope you have a great week!

Report: Transformation Imperative from Microsoft & The Economist Group
The covid-19 pandemic demonstrated the critical role of technology in helping businesses, citizens and societies adapt. Digital infrastructure allowed entire economies and societies to transition online with an ease and speed that would not have been possible in previous decades.
Against this backdrop, The Economist Intelligence Unit, sponsored by Microsoft, has conducted a cross-industry survey of 800 senior business executives and senior-level government employees, spanning eight sectors1 and 15 economies2 across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. The survey explores how pre-pandemic decisions and investments shaped organisational outcomes during the pandemic and how covid-19 itself has altered business and digital priorities.

Finding the right impact investors
US$ 19 billion was allocated to impact startups and scaleups in 2020 — a number that’s grown threefold in the last five years¹. Yet access to capital is still one of the biggest pain points for purpose-driven entrepreneurs.
