SAAMBAT Digital Agriculture Accelerator
SAAMBAT Digital Agriculture Accelerator is a Cambodian agri-tech accelerator supporting agri-tech entrepreneurs to strengthen their Minimum Viable Product (MVP), gain customer validation, and accelerate their path to viability through a technology-oriented designed curriculum. It is an equity-free 6-month program for early-stage agri-tech startups. $200,000 in funding will be splint between 3-5 ventures in each cohort.
The Resilience Fund for Women in Global Value Chains
The Resilience Fund for Women in Global Value Chains is welcoming applications from eligible organizations in Cambodia and Vietnam. The Fund will provide general support grants to women-led, community-based organizations that work on the Fund’s main thematic areas of gender-based violence and/or sexual and reproductive health and rights.
Accelerating Asia Cohort 7
Accelerating Asia's flagship program is harder than Harvard to be accepted into. And with good reason, our portfolio companies are recognised the best pre-Series A startups in the region. Accelerating Asia invests up to US$250k into pre-Series A tech startups through our early stage Venture Capital fund into startups joining our flagship accelerator program. We invest US$100k up front with a potential US$150k in follow-on funding. Applications are due by July 31st, 2022.
Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge for Startups 2022
The Global Challenge is a renowned international startup competition organized by Hello Tomorrow since 2014. It is uniquely designed to address the needs of early-stage deep tech startups across all industries. The Challenge gives deep tech and science-based entrepreneurs around the globe a platform for their projects, providing opportunities for equity-free funding, global visibility and connections with key players in the deep tech ecosystem. To date, previous winners and finalists have already raised more than $2 billion in funding.
This Is Cool Challenge: A call for proposals
We are looking for youth-led sustainable cooling solutions that can help deliver on one of more of the three cooling needs:
Human comfort and safety: passive or active personal, space or urban cooling
Food, nutrition and agriculture: agricultural cold chain
Health services: vaccine and medical cold chain
Initiatives may be in ideation or implementation stage and should demonstrate potential for impact in terms of improving affordability and increasing access to sustainable cooling through one or more of the following:
passive and nature-based cooling solutions
renewable-based cooling solutions
energy-efficient cooling solutions
Gender Just Climate Solutions Awards 2022
WECF and the Women and Gender Constituency (WGC) are happy to announce that the call for applications for our annual Gender Just Climate Solutions Awards is now open!
The Gender Just Climate Solutions Awards are granted every year to grassroots initiatives and organisations tackling the climate crisis while promoting gender equality. These solutions are examples of climate resilient and transformative development models that bring multiple social and environmental benefits. They contribute to raising the ambition for the achievement of the 1.5 degree target by 2030.
Three winners are selected by a diverse group of jury members following open and transparent criteria, and are announced during an official, high-level ceremony at the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP).
