PFAN investing between US$1 million to US$50 million for Projects in your Country!
PFAN accepts applications from projects and businesses in low- and middle-income countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, Central, South, and Southeast Asia, the Pacific Islands, Eastern Europe, Central America, and the Caribbean Islands.
To be eligible for PFAN support, your project or business must:
provide climate change adaptation benefits and/or
offer or use clean energy technologies, products, or services that fall within their areas of work.
Digital Frontiers-Digital Asia Accelerator Request for Application (PDF)
The purpose of this Request for Applications (RFA) is to solicit applications for funding. DAI through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking an organization to conduct research and write a report on the state of the cybersecurity workforce, the workforce gap, and women’s participation in the sector (the gender gap), in five target countries: Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Mongolia, and Thailand. The report will also identify challenges to closing the gender gap in those countries and recommendations on how to address the gap.
Use Secondary Data to focus on Global South Development Issues
This funding opportunity involves the use of secondary data analysis and is an extension of the ongoing Secondary Data Analysis Initiative (SDAI) opportunity. This highlight notice is focused on development issues in low- and middle-income countries in Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. The aims of this opportunity are to: • co-produce substantive and innovative data research through equitable partnerships with investigators based in the Global South • utilize existing data resources to produce high-quality, impactful research on issues of concern to developing countries • improve the skills, capacity, and methods for secondary data research in and on developing countries • provide insight into existing data resources that can be used to conduct research on developing countries.
Call for Proposals: Small-Scale Projects (SSP) 2023
The Embassy of the Czech Republic is launching its annual call for proposals for the Small-Scale Projects (SSP) directly managed by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Phnom Penh. These projects are complementary to the large multiple-year projects implemented by the Czech Development Agency (CzDA) and are an important component of the Czech Republic Development Cooperation since 2006.
Qualifying projects:
The projects should focus preferably on priority areas set by the Bilateral Development Cooperation Program 2018 - 2023 - inclusive social development (health and education) and natural resources management (water and sanitation), or should be complementary to activities of the Czech Development Cooperation.
The British Council announces Connections Through Culture Grants 2022 (up to £8,000 and £2,000)
The primary objective of CTC is to support new connections, exchanges, and collaborations between the UK and Southeast Asia that build long-term relationships among artists, creative practitioners, and art and cultural organizations, hubs, networks, and collectives. Open Call for Civil Society Organization Development (Lao PDR)
The European Commission (EC) is seeking proposals for Civil Society Organization Development. The global objective of this call for proposals is to contribute to green and inclusive economic growth in the Lao PDR. The specific objective of this call is to reinforce the technical capacities of the Lao CSOs to promote Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) and Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) with a special focus on youth and women.
French-Philippine NGO Network: Call for Proposals 2022
The Embassy of France to the Philippines is launching an annual call for project proposals for the 2022 French-Philippine NGO Network to benefit disadvantaged communities. Many associations have already been rewarded, including in 2021 the organization ACAY Missions Philippines Inc. for its project ‘Entrepreneurship Hub: Innovation in Learning for Self-Sustainability’, supporting the development of new skills among beneficiaries related to the creation and launch of micro-businesses, as well as the association Espoir School of Life Inc. for its project to educate children on the island of Siargao.
